Dallas Mavericks NBA Free Throw Records

In the 2001 Playoffs, the Dallas Mavericks shot an NBA record 84.8% (two series or more). The previous record was 84.7%, set in 1953.

In the 2003 Playoffs, the Dallas Mavericks made 49 consecutive free throws in one game. The previous NBA record in any game, regular season or playoffs, was 39 straight, set in 1982. The 49 straight makes were in a playoff game, on the road, against the rival San Antonio Spurs, and the Mavericks won the game by 3 points.
